Operations  Manager 

Due  to  our  ongoing  expansion  of  our  operations  in  Northland,  we  are  currently  seeking  a  well  motivated  professional  to  fill  the  role  of  Operations  Manager  in  our  Northland  Branch  (Dargaville  based)

The  key  responsibilities  will  be:

• Manage  all  fleet  allocations
• Daily  planning  and  scheduling
• Ensuring  efficient  and  effective  utilisation  of  our  fleet is  upheld  at  all  times
• Effective  communication  with  clients,  schools,  drivers  and  workshop  staff
• Understanding  customer  needs  and  be  proactive  in  meeting  current  and  future  needs.
• Relevant  administrative  duties.

Other  attributes  needed  for  this  role.

• Good  computer  and  administrative  skills
• Demonstrated  transport  industry  experience
• Good  customer  service  skills  and  phone  manner
• Class  2  or  4  licenses  and  Passenger  endorsements (Full  training  will  be  provided  for  the  ideal  candidate)

Bus Builder

(Swanson Depot, West Auckland)

 

Ritchies Transport Holdings Ltd are looking for an experienced bus builder, who has experience in repair and maintenance of buses and coaches. The right candidate must be able to do the following;

• repair and maintain buses and coaches
• weld
• spray paint

 If you are motivated, organized, and able to worked unsupervised within a small team, then you are the person we are looking for. Salary negotiable depending on qualification and skills.
