Jessica Greaves has been appointed to a new role at Ritchies Transport as national Business Development Manager, as the group continues to strengthen its focus on customer excellence.
Jess brings extensive experience in customer relationship management, having worked across the travel, logistics, events and conference sectors since 2013. Most recently, she led the tour and charter operation for West Auckland-based Pavlovich Coachlines.
In her new role with the Ritchies group, Jess will work with teams and clients across the country, complementing the work already being done by depot leaders to meet and exceed customer needs.
Jess says her career to date has reinforced the value of personal connection in delivering great service. She also notes the strong focus on safety at Ritchies as an impressive first impression in her new role.
She adds that client feedback, particularly around drivers, has stood out.
“They really enjoy the connection, especially with our drivers. A lot of customers ask for the same driver, tour after tour. It really shows that our drivers across the Ritchies Group are a huge asset to the company.”
