The Ritchies Engagement calendar has been relaunched for 2024 – June 2025.
The calendar covers the events that will be promoted on a national basis, like Men’s and Women’s Health, and Safety in the Workplace, but also includes events, celebrations and cultural dates of significance celebrated throughout the year.
We’ll also be promoting a Sonder focus throughout the year to match our activity. Sonder has a vast library of resources and of course 24/7 online help, and we would encourage you to use this free service whenever you or a member of your family feels the need.
Depots are encouraged to participate in the national events, but especially to decide together what might be most appropriate for the people that make up the local team. Every Depot Manager has some leeway to organise and part-fund events like this, but the emphasis will be on participation and a working together to get it done. In other words, your manager might cover the cost of food, but ideally the team will come together to prepare and share it with the entire team.
