This month sees the launch of Ritchies new Code of Conduct, a guide for all staff on the standards we expect from ALL Ritchies staff in their working day.

Our Code is designed to be a positive thing, an agreed way of acting and behaving when representing Team Ritchies.

The Code applies from our Board Members down and includes all employees and contracted workers. It covers how we are expected to act in the depots, on our shifts, and in public when we are the face of the company.

It’s a comprehensive document, and covers:

• Conduct we expect.

• Our Values.

• Leadership.

• A safe and inclusive workplace.

• Acting with honesty and integrity.

• Protecting our assets and reputation.

• What happens when a breach of the Code of Conduct occurs.

• Some examples of what may be classed as misconduct

Because the code is an integral part of who we are at Team Ritchies, it will become part of our on-boarding process at Ritchies, and we will be asking all current staff to read and signify their agreement to act by its rules. Copies of the code will be issued to you via Bamboo and will be made available within the Depots.
