I want to thank and commend one of your staff who happened to be on the Bus that I caught from Constellation to Albany Station, on Monday 11th July, at 5.32 pm. His name is Larry.
I had left my handbag on the 866 bus when getting off Constellation drive , it took about 5-10 minutes before I realised it.
I caught northern express hoping to chase up the 866 bus in Albany. I explained my situation to the friendly driver on Northern Express, and he pointed me to a more senior Ritchies staff who was also there, Larry.
Larry was amazingly helpful and provided an outstanding customer service. He spent time with me in Albany Station, locating the 866 bus driver, and then when my bag was located, took me on his car to Albany Depot, and after I collected my bag he drove me back to Constellation station where my car was parked. It was raining and dark, he had finished work that night , but chose to spend his own time to help me. I am so very grateful.
