I have caught a couple of buses from Queenstown to Franklin and have found the drivers to be exceedingly helpful and friendly. The driver (Sam) on the No.1 bus departing Queenstown at 13.25pm deserves special mention. The bus service is easy to use and the drivers are a credit to the company. Well done. Peter Connor
