Transportation was my biggest fear going into this event as it was off site and out of my control if something happened. Your communication and interpretation of my transportation plan allowed for the event to run to time and have people where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. It was one of the critical success factors of this event and I will recommend that the same transportation plan and Ritchies are used again next year.
